The location is the best, little walking distance from Hill Road and Linking road. Room was hygienic, though a little small. I guess the room size was reasonable for Bandra and the rate we paid which was an excellent deal to be stayin gin that vicinity. The front office staff was amazing always smiling and recognition level was too good as would hand over our keys without us asking. Ms. Tamanna was extremely helpful and accommodated our request regarding a booking issue we had.

Also, had the famous Lucky restaurant that is one of the best places to eat in Mumbai.

Decent hotel room for a quick layover in Mumbai. Very safe for female solo travelers. The hotel is quite popular for its existence and biryani. The staff was very helpful. I had requested for an electric kettle and they were quick enough to help me with it. The staff also sent the best vada pav for me.
